Who I Am

About Me

Clinical Executive & Mental Health Practice Developer

From 2020 to 2025, I led the expansion of a small family practice from 30 clinicians to a statewide organization of over 300. Growth isn’t just about numbers—it’s about impact. That’s why I focused on building clinical quality, supervision, and compliance programs to ensure that clients received the best possible care. I also spearheaded the development of an APA-accredited doctoral internship program, helping shape the next generation of therapists.

Beyond practice development, I’ve worked to support mental health professionals in growing their businesses. As the former SEO Director for MarketingForTherapists.org, I helped clinicians improve their online presence and connect with the clients who need them most.

Bestselling Author & Keynote Speaker

I published my first two books before I turned 30—which I think is pretty neat. Since then, I’ve written two more: The Science of Friendship and Neurodiversity and the Myth of Normal.

I’ve spoken for global companies like Google, AstraZeneca, Deloitte, and the American Psychological Association, and my work has been featured by Forbes, The New York Times, CNN, and more. Alongside my best friend and colleague, Dr. Dan Wendler, I deliver talks on neurodiverse friendships, social skills, and authentic relationships.
