  • Report to CEO and Board, responsible for strategic growth and organization of Texas’ leading local outpatient mental health practice. 
  • Developed integrated monthly reporting structure for all managers to improve systemic awareness and synchronize midlevel leadership initiatives. 
  • Built and operationalized our first QA Department and drove dramatic improvement in clinical compliance and reduction in liability.
  • Planned and implemented EHR transition for 150 clinicians. Transition period was less than one week, resulting in minimal productivity disruption and less than 5% dip in expected revenue. 
  • Expanded marketing strategy to encompass multi-geo patient acquisition resulting in new inbound streams from cities outside of Austin.
  • Recruited and hired an additional 35 clinicians by the end of Q2 of 2023.

  • Overhauled SOP for all clinical practices and developed system for organizational management of all departments.
